Auction Analytics

We just launched Auction Analytics - a new tool to help you make smarter decisions about tax lien auctions.

You can now browse auction results across multiple states and counties, see which areas are the most (and least) competitive, and use real data to plan where to invest next.

What you can do

• See county-by-county rankings - Compare counties by how competitive their auctions are, with average bid amounts, assessed values, and more. Find the hidden gems where fewer investors are bidding.
• Browse individual parcels - Look through detailed records for each auction, including parcel IDs, winning bids, assessed values, and excess amounts.
• Filter by state - Quickly narrow down to the states you care about with the state filter on the rankings view.
• State-level insights - Each state page now includes an auction analytics section, so you can see local auction trends right alongside your other research.

Where to find it

Auction Analytics is available from the Extras dropdown in the top navigation bar. You will need an active Starter plan or above to access it.
